Trump ordered Afghan troops to their lowest levels at 2500, while a truce was called, NOT BIDEN. Trump kneecapped the Afghan government by excluding them from ALL negotiations with the Taliban, NOT BIDEN. If Hillary Clinton won the Presidency in 2016, this would’ve never happened.
