  1. What kinda logic is that? Firstly, anyone who wanted to get an abortion would claim the condom broke regardless. Secondly, why should it be ok in some cases and not ok in others? This is morally inconsistent.

  4. It sucks that the mother is ten, is poor, etc, but none of that makes abortion any more excusable. It is the same outcome regardless of how sympathetic the woman is, so it should be right in all cases or wrong in all cases.
