  4. doodelay interesting points and I agree that something about this lies needs to be done. Maybe there should be regulated certifications and labels, by 3rd parties. And only credible actual journalists can obtain these credentials. Then people can see more easily what's trustworthy and what's outright false, while leaving room for opinion articles to frame stories.

  7. Interesting points. But fake news in my opinion is often more subtle. These lies and half-truths being taken out of context such as Clinton's email scandal actually did cost her the election. These lies are real, and perhaps there needs to be a solution.

Furthermore, people of all races are criminals. Whites generally don't do blackface, but the message "Dear White People" is addressed specifically towards those that do, and those that continue to push stereotypes.

  10. No, Trump made a baseless claim without evidence. And according to the Lancet Medical Journal, his policies cost the lives of hundreds of thousands of American lives. Trump is awful he has blood on his hands for mismanaging COVID-19 and promoting anti-science beliefs against lockdowns, vaccines, social distancing, masks, etc.
