Angriest, whitest Spanish I’ve ever heard in my life. Good job Coasties
39
Mexicans don’t receive the cocaine. It’s shipped to Americans
5
J L my Spanish isn’t very good. But did you say “Not all of the world is racist trash like you”?
4
Jonathan Jaskulsky 85 it wasn’t that racist was it?

Time to pass gun control

Time to pass gun control
3
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dark_Alliance?wprov=sfti1 Basic research is your friend. No evidence that the US funded the drug trade
2
@Phoenix_2A time to pass gun control
2
@imchilling what? Your grammar needs to be fixed
2
US has the highest rates of murder and gun-murder in the developed world. It’s time to copy the rest of the developed world and pass gun control
2
Gen Z is doomed
2
@davidfaumuina9866 this man was able to buy a gun, walk onto campus, there’s the problem. He shouldn’t have been able to buy his gun, or get it illegally but also easily, such as through straw purchases or peer to peer sale.
2
Sounds like a great idea but I don’t think it’s possible to get this law passed in any state. And even if passed in any state or federal Congress, I don’t think it would survive the Supreme Court
1
Lol sure man. She should get a gun. What about the women, children, and men in the UK who live under tough gun laws and don’t deal with as high rates as the US?
1
If they let everyone carry guns, there will be this scenario and more happening every week. Guns become lost, stolen, used in drunken or heated arguments, no this will not save lives. What is proven to work at keeping murder rates low? Well, all other Western nations have tougher gun laws and lower rates of murder than the US. This is proof gun control reduced murder.
1
This problem is not caused by Democrats. Democrats want to copy the model set by all other Western nations and enact tougher gun laws, which are proven to correlate with lower rates of murder and gun-murder
1
@fbaguy5661 all other developed nations have tougher gun laws than the US. And lower rates of murder and gun-murder. This is proof that gun control saves lives.
1
@jmm1817 the Democratic Party are to blame how?
1
@Flynnog how are Democrats to blame? All other Western nations have tougher gun laws and lower rates of murder than the US. It’s clearly the right wingers who are causing the violence by refusing gun control
1
@Flynnog well there’s no proof for anything you posted. So I can ignore it. Meanwhile, it’s a fact that the US has the most lax gun laws, and the highest rates of murder and gun-murder in the Developed World. This is proof gun control saves lives
1
Team Mongoose more likely you are a Russian troll.
1
Team Mongoose tell me what the weather is like in Albuquerque then
1
Why was he allowed to buy his gun legally?
1
@coniccinoc how come left leaning countries like the UK, Australia, all other developed nations have tougher gun laws than the US, and lower rates of murder and gun-murder?
1
Wow buying organic from Whole Foods doesn’t sound so dumb does it?
1
@orlandovega6958 the UK has lower rates of murder than the US. In fact the UK has lower rates of knife crime than the US too. Very easy to look up on US/UK news sources like The Independent. Gun control is proven effective
1
@Phoenix_2A but how many lives are your guns worth? If it could be proven to you that gun control reduces murder rates, would you be ok with handing in your guns and complying with tough gun control laws?
1
@jamaicanjoe1133 how come the UK has tough gun control, pistols are practically outlawed, yet not only are the rates of gun violence and gun-murder lower, the rate of murder by any means are lower too.
1
@Chris-kp7cu I’m honestly not sure why anyone would vote Republican given that their policies are not endorsed by experts, any other Western nation, and they are to blame for all the problems facing the US including Climate Change, highest murder rate in the Developed World, etc.
1
It won’t stop until we pass gun control like every other Western nation, until then the US will carry the distinction of having the most lax gun laws and the highest rates of murder and gun-murder in the developed world
1
Really? It seems to work well in the UK. And Japan, Canada, France, all other developed nations have tougher gun laws and lower rates. This is proof gun control works
1
God won’t help. We need to pass gun laws
1
X XL this is why we need gun control. Countries with EU style gun laws-the rest of the developed world-have lower rates of murder and gun-murder than the US. Republicans have blood on their hands for placing gun rights above civil rights
1
@Johnant338 really? Canada is less advanced than the US? Or Japan? Or France? What makes you think the US is best? By what metric? And even if true, why is that evidence that their gun laws are ineffective?
1
@Johnant338 the UK and Canada have lower anual rates of murder and gun-murder in the US, so that is proof that their gun laws are working better than the US’s. Fewer people are dying every year, in dozens of other developed nations, which have tougher gun laws. There is also ZERO other developed nations with lax, US-style gun laws, and ZERO evidence that gun control would cause more people to die.
1
@jocopowell if the US had gun control he would not have been able to get this gun. It’s that simple. The gun came from somewhere legally first. It’s a straw purchase most likely.
1
@imchilling you imply that Democratic/left leaning policies are why the US has gun crime. But if that’s the case, how do you explain the fact that all other developed nations have tougher gun laws and lower rates of murder and gun-murder than the US? Isn’t that proof year after year that gun control saves lives?
1
@luketroyer7620 the counties with the highest crime rates are in the Sun Belt, look at data published online from the FBI and news agencies.
1
He bought his gun legally
1
Drugs are bad and they ruin lives
1
Team Mongoose prescription drugs aren’t as bad as hard drugs
1
@DemocratsareagentsofSATAN how’re the Democrats to blame? It’s a fact that the US has the highest rates of murder and gun-murder in the developed world. It’s a fact that all other developed nation have tougher gun laws than the US. It’s probably the case then, that gun control is proven effective
1
@yourlogicalnightmare1014 well, for some reason the US has the most lax gun laws and the highest rates of murder and gun-murder in the developed world
1
@DemocratsareagentsofSATAN really? How come the UK, or Japan, with a widely disarmed population, have lower rates of murder and gun-murder than the US?
1
@The8Don according to a World Population Review published in 2023, with data from 2019, the UK had a stabbing death rate of 0.08, and the US had a rate of 0.60, nearly ten times higher. Similar disparity in rates exist for gun-deaths an d murders by any weapon. Your counter argument against gun control, that won’t reduce deaths because criminals use knives in countries where it exists, is debunked.
1
@@argyledantedonovan7615 all other Western nations have tougher gun laws than the US, and lower rates of murder and gun-murder. If there’s a consensus among all other nations, any differences in reporting are moot because the consensus mitigates them.
1
@The8Don you’re literally telling lies. The UK has higher rates it’s documented online through news articles and government sources
1
@Yui789esss you’re full of it. Plenty of developing Hispanic nations have higher rates of murder than the US. Developed nations like Chile have lower. It’s not because of family values It’s because of the strong rule of law, and gun control. US has strong rule of law and insufficient gun control
1
Good guys with guns strike again.
1
Anon Ymous it was just a joke, it’s funny to imagine a grizzled white Coast Guard spewing angry, Americanized Spanish at a native speaker. And in some contexts Latinos aren’t white, hence the term “Gringo” to refer to a fair-skinned one of European ancestry.
