  6. tonycavanagh1929 you are cherrypicking. NGO reports consistently rate the US highly, and they rate Russia poorly. US wars such as the Iraq War and the War in Afghanistan have also been conducted with the civilian population in mind, unlike Russia. Iraqis lives have improved since the War began.
