  1. Possible he didn’t kill any. Firstly, this is an old video, 7 years old from 2018 or so. This was when ISIS governed a lot of territory and towns and cities across Syria and Iraq. So a lot of their fighters were local conscripts, young men deceived or tricked into fighting.
