@JammyGuns how come the UK and all other Western nations have lower rates of murder and gun-murder, and tougher gun laws?

@JammyGuns gun bans or near total gun bans work, the UK is proof. How can you argue with decades of results from dozens of other comparable nations?

@josedorsaith5261 I am not a criminal and I am afraid of my fellow Americans knowing they own guns. Even if they’re sane and law abiding they are still vulnerable to losing their tempers, and other mundane problems where gun ownership adds problems

@JammyGuns handguns are more dangerous than semiautomatic rifles and shotguns, more than 2/3 of all murders in the US each year are by handguns.

@scaredpaul540 look, is blocking the road wrong? Yes, in a small way. Is shooting someone over it wrong? Yes, in very big way. Democracy protects people from being shot even if they’re blocking the road.

@bigglyguy8429 why? He could’ve just waited in his car. What he did not only ruined his life it also ruined/ended the protestors’ lives, it is not right to hurt people who are merely inconveniencing you.

Switzerland and Czechia have stricter gu laws than the US. And you have no proof that UK’s gun laws don’t work. The fact that the UK has no mass shootings and lower rates of murder and gun-murder is proof that gun control reduces gun violence and violence in general.
