  7.  @CaptTripps you say that. But in a situation like this, you may not hear the officers’ commands due to distance, multiple voices, confusion, and distress. There was nothing excusing this behavior from the police

  8. There’s other video footage showing offers yelling at him to walk forward with his hands up, and yelling at the other cop not to release the dog. Due to distance it seems to be inaudible in that video. Perhaps the suspect couldn’t hear all the officers
