@wuerzelburg liar

@4evertrue830 you likely can’t afford to live in San Francisco, so others with lots of money disagree with you and think it’s wonderful. it’s great because of the mild weather, big economy, lots of businesses and jobs, diversity, and attractive urban planning.
3
@thedavidj1996 don’t rent. Buy! Renting is for poor people. Buying is cheaper and gives you the property 😊
3
@RealestDave what’s in Chicago? What about other cities like Vienna, Austria where government projects are proven to work well for the middle and working classes?
3
@Hexed_Precinct why? Just let them in and be permanent residents or citizens.
3
@marcuslegion3654 that is a false equivalence. By 2020-2021 US had only a few thousand troops in Afghanistan, and their local, the local Afghan forces, were largely ineffective. There are no parallels to the parties fighting in the War in Ukraine. As well unlike Russia, US fought with restraint to avoid killing civilians and destroying civilian infrastructure. And critically, US was not fighting a conventional war as Russia is, it was fighting an insurgency, which is much harder to win than the conventional warfare as what’s happening in Ukraine. Your comparison between Russia and the US is flawed.

@miralan2215 tipping isn’t required. Just refuse to tip. It’s fine.
2
@tjr-007tt so drive and get it yourself poor boy
2
The Guy good thing my parents are rich. For me it’s very easy. Alternatively I could take out student loans, graduate, get a job, and pay them off.
2
Timur Ermolenko That is racist it implies that immigrants do not contribute to this nation. The Cato Institute wrote a piece in 2018 showing that legal immigrants claim less welfare benefits than native citizens
2
You are a Russian
2
Democrats have for decades been saying “hey look Europe has better work life balance, we should be like them”. But too many weren’t thinking. They were fine to scorn the Democrats and vote for Republicans who kept holding them back.
2
@FuckTrumpFuckYouIfYouVoted4Him gas cars are bad. They are inefficient, pollutive, and now, more expensive. You can get a used Tesla Model 3 for only ~$20k, and it’s just a few years old and about 50k miles. Also, gas is heavily subsidized. You are getting cheap gas because people like me are paying for it with my taxes.
2
@nicholasgutierrez9940 Tesla isn’t a meme. It’s the best most balanced and effective electric car.
2
@holmiumh gas is only cheap because of subsidies, you and I pay billions a year to give poor conservatives cheap oil and gas. Isn’t that a shame?
2
@NomenClature-o8s where is the proof that under Trump we were exporting oil? Also, has it occurred to you that, this may be related to consumption reasons related to the COVID-19 Pandemic? And now that we’re out and the economy is growing, we need more oil of varying grades, hence, we may be importing?
2
Call of Duty was right. We’re all screwed unless we buy from other nations
2
Soda is bad for your teeth. So is stomach acid
2
@justinwheeler5614 taxes are necessary and property should be taxed because it is supported by the public
2
Don’t worry man I’m a senior in college with 2 Ds and an F and my GPA is still a 3.0 and rising. Not a big deal to fail a test
2
@Freedomsonwildanimal poor
2
@iamasmurf1122 that’s cheap. Very cheap
2
reynoso38mr go to college
2
@alexipestov7002 It’s not proof. The relative difficulty and cost of passing those hurdles are important
2
@Sal Spencer so it’s a cartel? That’s f’ed up. Cartels should be broken up
2
@donnyramay2635 what’s your degree? Why didn’t you buy a place?
2
@prolific1518 so you don’t know?
2
@prolific1518 I think it’s clear you are baseless and don’t have anything to prove Biden is bad
2
Both parties? Stfu. Republicans are more guilty. They supported SOPA, they abolished Net Neutrality, they deregulated the ISPs leading to monopolies. Don’t blame the Democrats
2
@winstonsmith7801 the US cannot make peace in Ukraine, it is impossible. Russia refuses to withdraw and cease hostilities. Even if Ukraine surrendered to Russian demands and they keep some or all of their conquered territories, there’s no guarantee Russia won’t be back in the future, for more wars and aggression. Peace and prosperity for the good guys can only come if Russia is severely beaten and punished.
2
That’s unique to the Gulf Coast though. Most coastlines are densely packed and desirable, Gulf Coast has issues like hurricanes
2
@gbenay do you have proof Ukraine had the choice to embrace the Minsk Agreement and chose not to? Was it a choice? Or a false choice?
2
Why are you poor?
2
@buchhibabu751 i would gladly send my taxes to help Ukraine repel Russia. It is not only selfless but self-interested. Letting Russia win in Ukraine threatens the US very much.
2
@godogs89 where is the proof that red tape and corruption is the reason for expensive housing? Don’t you think corruption, being illegal, would be prosecuted if it occurred? All cities are expensive to live in, are all cities corrupt?
2
@Patriot1790 the government didn’t destroy ISPs and telecommunications by touching it, it destroyed them giving corporations all the cards. BBC wrote an article on US Internet, cellular, and cable monopolies
2
Waste money on rents lol. Pretty sure index funds will not outpace your annual rent payments
2
@RealestDave high crime rate and drugs are problems that should be solved regardless. Other cities like Vienna are proof that housing built and regulated directly by the government is feasible. Besides my idea is about encouraging private developers to build big multi unit structures, not necessarily run by the government. A single family is en efficient and expensive, when multiple condos or apartments could be built instead.
2
@TKUA11 it’s a cheaper option for people that they currently don’t have. And i think it’s more sustainable, efficient, social, and better for society. The suburbs/urban sprawl are bad by design, they isolate the elderly and the young. And they destroy nature and cause wasteful government.
2
Your whole goal in life is to make money. The only way to do that is to get it from other people. Unions are a way to help workers get more money. That’s all they are.
2
More evidence that Republicans have ruined the US and is holding it back.
2
I tried it for one day. Couldn’t do it. The convenience of a GPS, full keyboard and large screen for emails, the Internet to research and find anything at anytime, is just so convenient.
2
Don’t rent
2
Where is the proof?
2
@mugumyapaultheafricannomad9488 true, it can require sacrifice. But…there are just too many times where a car is just needed for a healthy social life.
1
@Smoove_J should’ve gone to college. I am 26 and make six figures. I have a bachelor’s from Fall 2020.
1
@subzeroarctics1299 Democrats have done nothing wrong. Republicans/Trump perhaps are the blame for botching COVID-19 and prolonging the pandemic with their antivax sentiment.
1
@andreycham4797 you are promoting conspiracy theories
1
@Lumpia_In_Texas how did Democrats do anything bad to the economy? In your own words please
1
Pretty sure they aren’t stupid enough to forget that
