  2.  @RAINRDY  The shame is the people defending Neely instead of the men that stopped his reign of assaults.

  3.  @RAINRDY  If Neely had been in prison where his arrest record demonstrates he should have been this would not have happened. Instead Neely was never held responcible for his actions until three men decided that they had to restrain him to keep old women and small children from being harmed.
