@diantecastine7235 first get the text right "A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed." For minors it should be up to the parrents but then you need to allow parents to effectively punish children and hold the parents responsible for the children's actions. Define mentally ill. But if they are law abiding why would you feel the need to disarm them. Should all states be open carry? Y,es or concealed carry without requiring any special permit? Guns in public schools? Yes Guns at public parks? Yes Guns in public police station? Yes Gun carried by law abiding people are not a problem and criminals don't obey the law.

@diantecastine7235 Some people have forfeited their rights by committing horrible crimes this does not invalidate the premise that limiting the law-abiding's access to any weapon is an infringement and thus unconstitutional. Besides guns and ammunition are too easy to make to keep them out of the hands of criminals. (people defined by their refusal to obey the law.)
