  1. Smoking was a huge part of our culture especially in the military."Smoke 'Em If You Got 'Em"! My father was in the US Navy in WW2 and Korea and cigarettes were cheap or free. Most of them smoked.

  2. Argentine's "Santa Fe" Balao-class submarine was thirty-five years old in the Falklands War, it was an old boat and past retirement age so the Royal Navy put it out of commission, although it fought valiantly to the end.
