Melting point of Asbestos is 400 to 1,040 °C (752 to 1,904 °F).

  2.  @justsomeguy934  ~ That's just not true. ICE engines the maximum allowable cylinder head temperature (red line limit) is 500 degrees F. Look it up for yourself.
