  2. Question: When car companies can't meet their EV sales quotas and are fined, who collects the fine and where does the money go? That reminds me of another question I have: who collects carbon tax and where does that money go? -- This all based on Νετ Nothing policies which are not science, not environment, not energy efficient, but it is all political.
