  1. Clean burning coal fired power plants make the most sense for Western countries meeting energy needs. Carbon dioxide is NOT a dangerous greenhouse gas. We have been programed for decades to believe carbon dioxide is a pollutant. Without carbon dioxide life would not exist. Base Load Generation from Nuclear or Coal works. Why in the West are we suiciding our cheap power with net-0 policies that don't work, when China and India are building base load coal fired power plants everywhere. China burns 55% of the world coal per year.
