  1. The old Boeing company of 25 years ago would have done a proper redesign, not a cheap software fix. Today Boeing and the FAA are working together and will probably do another software fix, because it's cheap. But the 737 MAX-8 needs to be redesigned, the new engines were installed higher up on the wing and more forward, and this changed it's center of gravity and handling. Boeing was penny wise and pound foolish and this cost peoples theirs lives.
