What good is a high tech city without storm sewers. ~ CCP should get it's priorities right, it should FIRST build stormwater/sewer management systems into their cities and urban areas to prevent such flooding as this, and protect lives and property. Then government can focus on mass transit freeways, passenger, freight rail and eventually High Speed Rail. Stormwater/sewer management systems are the basic building blocks necessary for the foundations of all city structures. ~ CCP aren't taking care of their citizens.
