  3. It seems the British retained their tribal roots and this means britons are not all the same and this causes differences, but it is also a source of strength. As different sorts of characters come from different tribes. And I think this is the reason why England developed a Parliament, a Bill of Rights and representative government (democracy) to govern a diverse British people.
