  1. What a liar, no way could that cop smell marijuana coming from that truck, the driver obviously was NOT smoking marijuana. This cop is a road privateer pirate working for G0v !nC, in my opinion this was an illegal stop that violated the drivers rights and threaten the driver with the cop's drawn pistol. The driver has it all the video evidence needed to sue the cop, and there should be no qualified immunity for intentional road piracy as this appears to be. The cop should lose his cop credentials and not be permitted to be a cop ever again. Excellent job by the driver.
