  2. Finland had to be in the Axis powers, it had no choice , it had to defend it's land against the Soviet invasion and they fought like lions. For the Fins, it is the old saying: "The enemy of my enemy is my friend, and in this case it happened to be Hitler and Nazi Germany., they were their friends.

  3. WW2 was “a war for oil” is a point of view I haven't heard before, but it explains why the German defeat at Stalingrad was the turning point of the war. After Stalingrad Hitler couldn't get the oil that was needed to wage an offensive war and then it became a war of attrition where Germany couldn't win. Hitler's strategic plan wasn't so mad as they say, if his generals had understood it, it may have worked. But aside from Hitler's strategic brilliance he was still a socialist/fascist and was in effect no different than Joseph Stalin the communist. Both were practitioners of genocide.

  4. History is written by the winners, and Western Civilization didn't win that war. -- The real winners created that war, finance both sides and grew in wealth and power because of the war.   6. The Allies shouldn't have landed at Anzio, they should have cut the Germans off in northern Italy and not fight in southern Italy where the Germans were well fortified.

  7. If the Russians hadn't won at Stalingrad the war would have been very different for the allies. The Soviet communist big brother system didn't work, there was no accountability or honesty. Stalin was criminal and murderer running the system, so the men working for him were like him, they were criminals and murderers. The devil the US, UK and others made friends with was Stalin, the devil US, UK and others didn't want was Hitler. This is the case where the enemy of my enemy is my friend.

We love the German tech, but the Allies had greater resources of men and materials, and good brains as well, it just took them longer to gain their momentum to wage war. -- That was an interesting question and a good analysis too, thanks TIK. -- I think WW2 was setup from the beginning to end for Germany to fail, Britain loose it's Empire, the start of the Cold War that lasted 40+ years, and the spread of communism. -- Franklin D. Roosevelt said, “In politics, nothing happens by accident. If it happens, you can bet it was planned that way.” ~ And Carl Von Clausewitz, a Prussian general and military theorist said; “War is merely the continuation of politics by other means.” and “war is not merely an act of policy, but a true political instrument, a continuation of political intercourse carried on with other means.” -- Other Means = Violence, Death and Destruction. The question is: Who or what is the power that subverts governments, main stream media and covers this up world wide?

  12. The fascist totalitarian state and the communist totalitarian state are two peas in a pod, they are the same. It's government where the state is the collective and has the ultimate god like power over the individuals. Our freedoms come from God and they are unalienable God given rights. When Western style republic governments operate correctly they protect our God given unalienable rights. No matter what ethnicity people are they're entitled to their unalienable rights. In communist / socialist / fascist governments where the state is god and grants the individual their rights, the state doesn't acknowledge the individual's God given rights, this is an evil and dangerous form of government, it is amoral and controlled by amoral oligarchs who operate without the fear of God, and they are capable of doing anything to the people including genocide. The backbone of Western Civilization has been our Christian faith in the God of creation and God's spoken Word (Jesus Christ) our Lord and Savior.

  17. The Allies shouldn't have landed at Anzio, when they could have cut the Germans off in northern Italy. This would have eliminated the many causalities suffered in southern Italy from well fortified Germans.
