  1. Finland had to be in the Axis powers, it had no choice , it had to defend it's land against the Soviet invasion and they fought like lions. For the Fins, it is the old saying: "The enemy of my enemy is my friend, and in this case it happened to be Hitler and Nazi Germany., they were their friends.
