  1. It doesn't surprise me that there would be English teachers like that in China and vetting them should be done for serious crimes, like murder, rape, and child abuse. But not for marijuana growers, sellers and users, these are usually decent family type people. Our government is wrong making these people into criminals and felons. Thanks Serpentza
