  1. The lack of drainage systems and stormwater management is astounding. China's ancestor's knew the importance and necessity city drainage and stormwater management, they have buildings thousands of years old that have well engineered drainage that proves this. ~ CCP's priorities are wrong, it should FIRST build stormwater/sewer management systems into their cities and urban areas to prevent flooding, protect lives, property, crops. And then the government can focus on mass transit, freeways, passenger and freight rail and High Speed Rail. ~ Stormwater/sewer management systems are the basic building blocks necessary for the foundations of all city structures, these projects should be #1. ~ If the Chinese people had to choose between good drainage or High Speed Rail, I'm sure they would choose good stormwater drainage that protects their lives, their crops, and their property, rather than High Speed Rail!

  2.  @Debbiebabe69  ~ Mainland China is corrupt from it's leaders and their policies. CCP Government Inc. is just another corporation that has owners and directors. This isn't just China, but the whole world is set up this way. The owners of the governments and corporations are the rulers behind the scenes. Everything is they do is fraudulent, such as creating currency from nothing. They serve the god of this world, the Devil, who is the father lies, and was a murderer from his beginning.
