Russia has a much smaller population than the US and nowhere near the amount of debt . You seem to be unable to realise that over 30 years ago the entire Russian system collapsed . I think their recovery is remarkable

Russia is not the Soviet Union you need to upgrade your knowledge America cannot compete with Russia in weapons production .
