The blame for the war is the fault of the west All Ukraine had to do was say they were neutral and there would have been no war The Vietnam war was not on American border . If it was there would have been far fewer protests The Vietnam war was not existential for the Americans . This war is existential for most Russians . . You cannot compare the two wars . Most Russians realise the danger of having nato on its border . There will be no major protests in Russia . More chance of protests in Ukraine if they draft 18 year olds
