  6. So let me get this straight. Russian military budget is 145 billion annually . 35% of this is going to the war in Ukraine ( 6% of its overall GDP ) In 2025 the war will probably be over . And then Russia will have to increase its Military budget to 460 billion for some unknown reason . ? Why does Russia need to increase its military budget when its present budget is more than enough to cover the cost of the war ?
