  1. The trouble with the “ plan “ is that America can never out produce Russia and China in weapons , ammunition , raw materials and manpower . Next America has no way of getting men and equipment across the Atlantic without their convoys being sunk with Russian and Chinese Long range hypersonic missiles fired from either surface ships or submarines.
