@carlbervin8183 Russia has the legal right to protect Russian citizens even if they are in another country. That is in keeping with the UN charter. Was it legal for nato to destroy Libya ..? . The west is in no position to point the finger at anyone It was Ukraines Choice to tear up the Istanbul peace treaty . They bare full responsibility for the position they are now in

@andyglastonbury6032 What treaties gave Ukrainians ownership of anything . It’s boundaries were not even recognised Russia will take the land they need . In time Ukraine will go back to Russia voluntarily. As Ukraine will be a failed state and no way to survive

@carlbervin8183 Georgia attacked Russian peace keepers in South Ossetia . A naked act of aggression. Russia like in Ukraine only used a fraction of its army and then left when the job was done . Ukraine was hosting nato and shelling Russian speakers in the east since 2014. According to the UN charter ( responsibility to protect ) resolution . Now would you like a list of American illegal wars ?

@carlbervin8183 Putin tried for peace but was given no choice . Ukraine breached the Minsk agreement and tore up the Istanbul peace treaty . Now they are doomed . Whether the invasion is legal or not is purely a matter of opinion
