It is still being used in international trade between BRICS countries and also internally within Russia Interest rates high but manageable.   6. @ Well he has 600,000 well trained troops in reserve if needed . And Russia doesn’t need to get weapons from anywhere. They have a massive manufacturing base and produce virtually all their own equipment
