@MentourNow MH370 Everyone, their mother and their DOG knows what THAT is! But if you mention British Air flight 009 or the Gimli Glider they just stare at you with a completely blank expression.

FYI, the K in Knute in silent so it's pronounced 'Newt Rock-knee'

You just can't help but feel for Boeing right now. Goodbye 747, hello, ummmmm, workin' on it....

Peter is absolutely right as we now have declassified evidence that the C.I.A. actually did mutilate cows (among other things) to intentionally perpetuate the myth of flying saucers to cover up what was was really going on there. Starting with such super classified things like the the testing of the first ever American jet propelled plane in the post war era (they actually stuck a fake propeller on the front to make it look like a normal plane), the U-2, the SR-71 and even the space shuttle. Funny thing is, it really WAS a 'weather balloon' that crashed, but in addition, was also a 'spy balloon' being developed at the beginning of the cold war. tl;dr = "Yeeeeeeah, aliens, that's what that was...."

Mis-calibrated torque wrenches? You cheap ones.... Over torque, it over stresses the fastener and it snaps off. Under torque and it works itself loose. tl;dr = Youtube is full of people who thought Harbor Freight was good enough...

This is JUST like the Redbull stunt; both of which COULD have been done legally (Seriously, Mexico is RIGHT there people, and the Baja desert is PERFECT for this kind of stuff), but neither chose to go through the proper channels.... smh nothing around for hundreds of miles other than sand. But NOOooooo, Immma take a chance of starting a wild fire during one of the hottest years on record. Until 2023 that is, good lord....

9:18 blink...blink Seriously? ...so THAT'S what Putin has been smoking! Explains a lot actually. Going to war with cardboard body armor, chinesium tires on an unmaintainable military fleet, unecrypted radio comms, inept command structure, broken supply lines, outdated strategy; should I keep reading???

That blast off scene from Wall-E suddenly comes to mind.

In that last story, I can potentially see the perspective of the flight crew, at least in terms of the initial problem. If there is a legitimate safety concern on the part of the Captain, it is definitely the responsibility of the cabin crew to do as instructed if the flight crew feels they are breaking safety protocol or airline regs. They definitely could have handled things better on both sides, but I can't help but side with the Captain here, at least in principle.

I believe Buffalo Air up in the NWT still flies them commercially for cargo and even a dedicated passenger run!

SR-71 is the top of my list, but admittedly, Concorde is number 2!

Proving Einstein was right about relativity and gravity wells was actually one of the first things GPS did, and yes, they are being constantly updated.

Strive for success in everything you do! Well, unless yer Space-X, in which case rapid unscheduled disassembly is more of a success than a failure!

I'm surprised Peter's head didn't hit the desk when he saw it...

And now we know why it's the safest form of travel.

What about the rollover crash in Toronto, the 2 crashes in Alaska, and the Motley Crue jet?

Anyone else remember those 'indestructible shoes' that were anything but? Better Help is just another YT scam, JUST like them, and will disappear from the public eye very shortly...

Fun fact: it doesn't become Airforce 1 until the President steps on board. Navy vessel, Navy 1. Army vessel, Army 1. Marine chopped, THEN it becomes Marine 1 but not until the president is on board.

@Ron-d2s No, didn't forget it, just didn't mention it but yer right; he resigned while in flight, and they changed their call sign mid-air.
