  6. Honestly, it wasn't bad because it was woke, it was bad because it SUCKED as a movie. There are PLENTY of strong female protagonists in comics, and representation isn't a problem at all. The problem is the creators not sticking close enough to the source material which ALREADY has plenty of representation on it's own! tl;dr = They're trying to reinvent the wheel as a square.
