Absolute nonsense, the less people buy houses the more better it is for the economy. it will prevent fueling the real estate bubble, prevent large population to fail to default on loan payments hence reduce number of people going bankrupt, boost population as financial burden on families will be reduced and increase disposable income in hands of people thus allowing cash flow to spread to various businesses rather than all just concentrating just on real estate sector, thus promoting a balanced and stable economy. the current economic and social model is designed for short term success but long term failure.
