Jack Smith could recommend it, but it is Garland's decision to make. They better hurry up as an indictment is not a conviction and that will take even more time. If Trump is convicted of a felony, it is unlikely that he will be the Republican nominee, even with this GOP. If Trump is not convicted by election day, it would be the most dangerous time in American history. If Biden wins it would be a relief, but will the Trump investigation continue or will they give up as being too difficult to press on with? Who knows? If Trump wins, everyone involved will be fired and investigations will be terminated. That's my take and my fear.

His tirade against the prosecutor affected the jury as well. He should have recused himself from the case because of bias.

He has been involved in numerous lawsuits, racist behavior, multiple corporate bankruptcies, the fraudulent Trump University and more. This is before he became president. He has continued this pattern since. You're right, he hasn't changed. Do better research and come back next time. You flunked this course in recent American politics. Grade: F
