Just because you are allowed to live a peaceful life in the center of Kyiv, doesn’t mean you have untapped potential… Like Putin said “we can carpet bomb any city in Ukraine, but we will only target military infrastructure” unlike Ukraine that bombed civilians in the middle of Belgrad on New Year’s Eve. He specifically mentioned the mothers with strollers in the middle of Kyiv that he refuses to bomb in order to finish the war quickly. He also stated that he is not ready to see Kyiv in ruins. Be glad, but don’t be misled. Russia can finish you quickly, but that would require flattening of Ukraine, so maybe try to salvage what you can and go to negotiating table. You will have to give up part of your country, but the further it goes, the more you will have to give up. If you allowed Zelensky to implement Minsk accords and held elections in Donbas on their autonomy within Ukraine as agreed upon in Minsk accords, Donbas would still be Ukraine today… But you in peaceful and arrogant Kyiv for the last ten years felt that would be a capitulation to Russia and you had untapped potential to challenge Russia with support of the West, so protested against it and insisted on breaking peace treaties and continuing of bombing civilians in Donbas…
