  7. I live in Saigon, Vietnam. I pay 200$ per 1 month in the city center (it is cheap), plus utilities $20-30. Good area, Michelin-starred restaurants nearby and street food around $2-3. I also have a moped without documents, and I don’t have a license, but I’ve been using it for more than 10 years.
