  1. Not an issue for normal use. I have seen lower ones, especially on cars. For water to be a problem, it would have to get passed the filter anyway, and the engine would die out before that would happen. You're in good shape. I would check the filter more often though, you will be picking up much more dirt and dust, bugs and what have you.
