  1. Just dust in dust form is a hazard, and even sugar. The US Chemical Safety Board has an entire video on the Dixie Crystal sugar plant explosion in Georgia, US and resulting destruction of a large factory from 'renegade' sugar in a belt transfer system AND in heaps about the plant. The CSB ALSO has a bunch of similar dust explosions, too! Now, add in the 'out-of-safety-container' charges haphazardly stored in the battlecruiser turrets and barbettes just to satisfy the "SHOOT FAST TO HIT!" 'wives tale' in the RN before Jutland. Also, deflagration is a low order conflagration, as opposed to detonation. I'm assuming everyone here has watched the differences between Russian tanks burning out vs. turret tosses.
