  2. This case is so difficult for the US Legal System to digest BECAUSE IT WOULD ELIMINATE THE US LEGAL SYSTEM. This case is fundamental to the VERY EXISTENCE OF US LEGAL SYSTEM, ITSELF! This is where a SCOTUS is needed to review such issues FROM FIRST PRINCIPLES, but, Cthulhu help us, we have a SCOTUS full of Catholics who just did what they were indoctrinated to do by their religion and "IdeoLOLogy/TheoLOLogy is Good", compounded with beer lovers and with outright CROOKS like Thomas.
