  1. Americans RARELY accept verdicts they don't personally agree with, on both sides of the fence. It is only the law enforcement system that keeps us from descending into chaos. And by that, what is key is the law enforcement system COMBINED with the tacit understanding of what people PERSONALLY have to lose, socially, financially, and professionally, if they don't follow law enforcement comply with The Law of the Land. Or, did the Civil War, the 1960's riots, LA riots, and the like not occur? BTW, Rudy Giuliani lecturing on Defense Tactics and even just fundamentals of The Legal System? His thoughts and brain storms are the epitome of what I am talking about.
