If you can prove his cohorts should have known just like it is obvious Trump knew, that they had the SAME inside information, then they should be sentenced the same as Duh-Nald after conviction. If they were lied to like the Jan 6th people, there is some wiggle room. But, it is obvious they were just not listening to anybody else, which is what The Reasonable Person would have done.
