  1. USSR was a 'superpower' until they collapsed BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT! They were a military threat, but not an economic one, and that's why it collapsed, utterly.

  2. Russia could not attain air superiority for the conflict when they set the time and date with the possibility of destroying Ukraine using surprise along with alleged World Class tech. Their arms work in areas where there is no opposition.
