  3. Not designed by CLOWNS, designed by ENGINEERING CROOKS who did whatever Management told them to without speaking up to preserve their PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES!! Everybody gives Engineers a pass on this, but THEY ARE JUST AS MUCH TO BLAME, ESPECIALLY THE ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT!!
