If 200 dead Marines didn't get the US involved in a war WITH WARMONGER REAGAN IN OFFICE, I doubt Biden is gonna go for the sucker punch. We don't need Kissinger around to advise us about this. Also, given the US' ability to make major errors in this area (e.g., Gulf of Tonkin, Shooting down Iranian airliners through utter incompetence), discretion is advised.
