  1.  @Racernumbersix  Because living in a country full of privileged people who were able to steal an entire continent from the original inhabitants, and who are in the process of digging up that continent and selling it off to those communists. Also, because living in a country whose Empire similarly tried to do the same to China (remember those Opium Wars and Boxer Rebellions) but couldn't, but helped leave a ruin behind when they got kicked out.

  2. Same old Real Estate scams that happen around the World. Just more massive cuz China is MORE MASSIVE! Oh yeah, and because China is more prosperous and people wanted to join the same Real Estate scams themselves.
