  1. Sorry, I doubt German would EVER have been able to put ANY of those oil resources online. What is your personal experience in chemical engineering and facility management? Hitler would have ended up in the same situation as the Japanese in Indonesia, but unlike the IJN, the Wehrmacht could not used unrefined fuel as the IJN WAS able, and even then in IMMENSELY handicapped fashion for its units!!
