Anybody wonder if Heavy Tank was just a BUDGET description that let people play mind games with 'ignorant' buget voters who were more interested in bringing home the pork barrel $$$ and saw a chance to hide the overall cost when you were able to justify FAR more $$$ brought home by using the justification that "The Army sez we need all these different tanks to do the job RIGHT, and they're the EXPERTS!!"
