On one hand, the brick-and-mortar are too cheap to have a competent, COMPLETE workforce.
They have accepted ACCOUNTANTS' AND MBA opinions that they can afford the losses from THEFT as long as they don't have to take on ADEQUATE employees.
But, that kind of reasoning means your accepting the opinions of people who have never SOLD merchandise or RUN a store, and therefore probably don't understand the BUYERS ..., unless they finance A Study.
Kinda hard to make a profit if you don't have BUYERS, regardless of how low you push 'Human Capital Costs' which is a term that should result in LYNCHING.
On the other hand, you have to buy not from Amazon, but from an actual SPECIALIST store that may take a couple extra days to get you what you 'probably' need.
That's only one small aspect of the overall problem of CHEAP, BUT MORE PROFITABLE, items on Amazon, and that is why they will eventually crash and burn as nobody trusts anything they buy on Amazon. I mostly use Amazon to see if there is a good otherwise seller off Amazon.
