  2. But, he had a facile, rhetorical hip swerve for EVERY INSTANCE OF TRUMP FRAUD! It's almost as if the judge is trying to poison the reputation of this 'expert witness' for some reason or other? For a change, we can ironically use the argument that the poor, poor stockholders of those banks were shafted for the fees not collected. The poor, POOR STOCKHOLDERS [SPIT] OF A SWISS BANK. It's as if somebody stole the Nazi gold they still have on deposit. And, how does one complete 'due diligence' when ALL the data of the Trump Circus are fraudulent? Especially concealed agreements and secret covenants, which Trump is perfectly willing to speciously assert to this advantage but would never reveal otherwise?
