  1. Grandstanding to an empty house so's he can say "Look what I said!!" And, you do understand, he'd be boasting about Repealing Obamacare if the GOP COULD have gotten anything done? He's not going to be kicked out of office because nothing happened, which is what his constituents CRAVE, cuz MAGA and kick minorities in the teeth!
