This sounds soooo much like the Santee-Cooper/South Caroilina Electric & Gas scandal where the fools who bought into the Westinghouse nuke plant scheme HOOK, LINE, & SINKER based their formally-submited 'project schedule' as evidence of the project's viablitiy on what was basically a SALES BROCHURE put out by the Westinghouse PR department. I'm just upset nobody seems to have gone to jail for it all, but were pretty much just 'retired with benefits'? When will this ENRON Business Theater Production finally collapse?! Are there too many CA state pension funds invested in this scheme? BTW, Parkinson's Law was always a joke/diagnosis of FAILURE than a management practice.
